Nevada Residents
You may submit a verified request to opt out of the sale of covered information by contacting us as set forth below. We do not currently sell covered information as defined by Nevada law.
Exercising Your Rights

- Verification: We may request information to verify your identity (e.g., email verification, account authentication, or limited additional data). Authorized agents must provide proof of authorization and we may still require direct verification.
- Opt-Out of Sales/Sharing/Targeted Advertising: Email us or use a browser that sends a valid Global Privacy Control signal, which we treat as an opt-out for that browser.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information as required by law.
HIPAA and Health Information
GO-OTE is not a covered entity or business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We do not request protected health information. If you choose to share health-related details with us (e.g., in an inquiry), we will use them only to respond to your request or as otherwise permitted by law and this Privacy Policy.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. Our services currently do not respond to DNT signals. We do, however, recognize and honor a valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sales/sharing for the browser that sends the signal.
International Users
